I offer private counselling and psychotherapy for adults in Eynsham, West Oxfordshire, and Deddington, North Oxfordshire, as well as online, for those experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, or a sense of feeling stuck or disconnected.

You may be functioning day-to-day — working, caring for others, keeping things going — yet feel tense, exhausted, or unsettled internally. Perhaps your mind rarely switches off, your relationships feel strained, or your body is holding stress you can’t quite explain.
Often, these difficulties have been building for some time, and it can be hard to know where to start.

Therapy offers a confidential, steady space to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to feel more grounded, connected, and at ease in yourself.

My work is warm, relational, and integrative, with attention to the connection between mind, body, and emotional experience. I work particularly well with people who are thoughtful and self-aware, but who feel they’ve reached a point where coping alone is no longer enough.

Sessions are available in person in Eynsham and Deddington, as well as online, offering flexibility around work and family commitments.
