All client data is stored electronically using GDPR compliant platform 'Kiku'. All data is encrypted and password protected. Basic personal information (name, address, DOB, contact details etc.) is taken after assessment. It is used to identify the client within the client notes only. Short client notes may be kept after each session in order to support the counsellor and client in the process of the therapy. No information is shared with any third party (please see confidentiality agreement above). Unless the client requests the deletion of data at the end of the therapy, it will be electronically archived for a period of 3 years, when it will be deleted.
